All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and nail products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been processed and shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is:
• Defective,
• Damaged upon arrival, or
• Incorrect (wrong item received).
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@linto-nails.com with your order number and photos of the product.
Conditions for Return Approval (in case of defect/incorrect item only)
• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return (for defective/incorrect products)
1. Contact our support team at hi@linto-nails.com within 7 days.
2. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
• Opened or used cosmetics, nail gels, polishes, and liquids.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.

Costs of return
In case a package is not claimed by the customer and is returned to us as the sender, a restocking and return processing fee of up to $50 may be charged for the unclaimed shipment.
Please be advised that all return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund for the goods.
