Shipping policy
- Order processing takes up to 2 business days excluding major US holidays.
- Ordered cannot be altered/canceled once the checkout process is completed.
- Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on size, weight and location.
- Please double check the shipping address you indicated to ensure efficient delivery. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- In the case of international shipments, we do not provide any parcel clearance services in the recipient's country. The recipient carries out all customs procedures on his/her own. Before placing an order, the recipient must verify for himself/herself that the importation of the goods he/she is buying is not prohibited or restricted.
- Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the shipping company immediately.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. All orders require a street address.
- Shipping available to the all United States, Canada and other foreign countries.
- All Canadian customers are responsible for Canadian duty and custom fees.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 applies to shipping rates up to $18 only and only for USA orders. Free shipping cannot be combined with any additional promo codes or discounts.
